<h2>Important Note:</h2>

<h3>Notification problem:</h3>
<p>If you are not receiving notifications when you receive a new message, check if you have another third-party SMS app installed. If so, uninstall it and try again.</p>

<h3>Emoji problem:</h3>
<ul>
  <li>To insert an emoji, press the menu button and select "Insert Smile" or press the attach button.</li>
  <li>If your emoji messages are not displaying properly across network carriers, try sending them as MMS messages instead.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Out of order message problem:</h3>
<ul>
  <li>If you do not want to see duplicate notifications, go to "Settings - Receive Settings - Block SMS Notification". However, note that this may cause duplicate messages on some devices.</li>
  <li>If your messages are out of order, try selecting the "Block SMS Notification" option in the settings.</li>
</ul>
