Important Note:

Notification problem:

If you are not receiving notifications when you receive a new message, check if you have another third-party SMS app installed. If so, uninstall it and try again.

Emoji problem:

• To insert an emoji, press the menu button and select "Insert Smile" or press the attach button.
• If your emoji messages are not displaying properly across network carriers, try sending them as MMS messages instead.

Out of order message problem:

• If you do not want to see duplicate notifications, go to "Settings - Receive Settings - Block SMS Notification". However, note that this may cause duplicate messages on some devices.
• If your messages are out of order, try selecting the "Block SMS Notification" option in the settings.
